GENERAL These conditions of sale are deemed to apply to all sales made by Qualiform Doors & Vanities to it’s customers unless they are specifically varied in writing by Qualiform Doors & Vanities. PURCHASE ORDERS Purchase orders placed by any person or company must me in writing and any variation to such orders must be confirmed in writing. PRICES Unless otherwise expressly stated by Qualiform Doors & Vanities in writing, all goods will be charged at the prices ruling on the date the purchase order is accepted. Prices are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT If a credit application has been approved, customers are required to pay within 30 days after the invoice month. Late payment may incur a late fee. If a direct payment has been made into our account you must notify us by fax to ensure that your payment is correctly applied to your account. All customers who have not completed a credit application form or who have credit refused must pay Qualiform Doors & Vanities a 50% deposit on acceptance of the order. The balance is payable once the order is complete and delivery made. PROPERTY & RISK Legal and Beneficial Title of the goods shall remain with Qualiform Doors & Vanities until payment has been received in full and the funds have cleared. RETURN OF DAMAGED GOODS/CLAIM Until such time that damaged goods have been returned to Qualiform Doors & Vanities – payment will be required for any replacement goods. For any warranty work to be authorized the customer must have proof of purchase, record of the cabinet maker who did the installation along with any invoices given at that time. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS Qualiform Doors & Vanities reserves the right to vary product specifications without notice. Orders may vary by up to 1mm on actual sizes given by the customer PATENTS Where Qualiform Doors & Vanities has followed a design of instruction given by a customer, the customer will indemnify Qualiform Doors & Vanities against all damages, penalties, costs and expenses to which Qualiform Doors & Vanities may become liable through any work required to be done in accordance with those instructions involving an infringement of any patent, trade mark, registered design, copyright or common law right. INDEMNITY Without prejudice to any other rights Qualiform Doors & Vanities may have, the customer shall indemnify Qualiform Doors & Vanities for any loss, damage or expense incurred by Qualiform Doors & Vanities should the customer cancel any order or breach any term thereof. |
