	QUALIFORM POSTFORMING Qualiform Doors has become a leader in the manufacture of quality vinyl wrapped doors and now Qualiform Post-forming plans to do the same by producing high quality postformed benchtops. Qualiform’s installation of the latest postforming hot press, glue line and flow through postformer will enable us to manufacture postformed benchtops in a variety of radius’ ranging from the standard 180 degree bullnose to the more modern 10/10, 6/6 an square form finishes. All benchtops are manufactured from MR board sizes ranging from 33mm-38mm in thickness. To ensure the adhesion of the laminate, Qualiform uses a high quality PVA glue which is guaranteed to give a more superior bond than traditional contact adhesives. The laminate is bonded under extreme pressure which will make the top more resistant to heat therefore minimizing delamination.
